Pupils enjoy wild adventure

Year 1 pupils at Haywood Village Academy had an amazing educational trip to Noah’s Ark Zoo Farm, enjoying a day of discovery, learning and adventure.
Noah’s Ark Zoo Farm is a multi-award-winning, 100-acre conservation zoo set in the North Somerset countryside, located just six miles south of Bristol in Wraxall. The zoo is home to more than 100 species, as well as extensive adventure play areas.
During their visit, pupils had the opportunity to see a variety of incredible animals up close, including African elephants, white rhinos, giraffes, spectacled bears and lions.
The trip provided a valuable opportunity for pupils to learn more about wildlife, conservation and the natural world beyond the classroom, while enjoying a fun-filled day with their classmates.
