Academy Reopening

Dear Parents,

Following the government’s confirmation yesterday expecting a wider reopening of schools, and alongside our colleagues in the Cabot Learning Federation (CLF), we are continuing to go forward with our plans as set out in last Friday’s letter.

We have prepared a ‘guide to returning to school’ which is also loaded onto our website which we require you to read. If you have questions that can not be answered from the guide, you can email these in to support a frequently asked questions document, which we can share.

For all children who will not be returning to school, please be assured that they are not forgotten and we wish to stay very much connected. We will continue to provide Distance Learning, via the year group blogs, with children in school and home expected to participate in the same opportunities. There will be a reduction of the contact from school over this next week, as the majority of our staff will be in school supporting children and preparing resources. However, by Thursday next week, we will have agreements within our team on how much we can engage with families for those not accessing school, for example phone calls to families and Facebook live.
