There will be two events running throughout the day:

A spelling festival for Year 5 and Year 6 children where wet-sponging, flouring, ‘sliming’ and glittering their teachers will be the award for correct spelling of words.

Also, there’s an optional Year 5 v Year 6 competition to compete for the title of ‘best speller’ and have your name engraved on the ‘spelling excellence’ trophy!
